Tagging interface for a class that serves as a global set of data and methods available to all Listener methods.

This interface serves as a base class (and a parameter bound) for a user class that is provided to every Listener method. The user class provides a global scope for application attributes and methods when the Listener methods are distributed over two or more classes.
